Small companies are the champions of growth, with an improvement of the 36%. An example of this, it’s the history of Accuracy, a company of international consulting, that in Italy is guided by Giovanni Foti and it has 30 employees and a turnover of 8 million euros. The retention is strongly influenced by two essential factors: working environment and training approach, they must be professional and human.

Working environment needs to be a homely environment with empathy and freedom of speech. Instead, training approach needs to have a strong formation, an exposition to the client and to an international context.
